Fitting
These panels are designed to rest inside the Tee sections of the ceiling grid. This will automatically give the correct fixing position. The frame will require independent bracing and must not be solely supported by the Tee sections. These access panels can be fitted with a Controlled Action Device (CAD) upon request. This allows the panel door to open approx. 150mm before being arrested. By pulling the door tray towards you the door can then be fully opened. For panels greater than 1200 x 600mm it is advisable to request the fitting of safety chains.
